This shipment reflects our stable supply capability for titanium mineral products and our continuous cooperation with customers in the welding materials industry. Before shipment, the rutile sand was properly packed in jumbo bags and prepared according to export requirements.

Rutile Sand for Welding Material Production

Rutile sand is an important raw material for welding electrodes, welding flux and other industrial applications. For welding material manufacturers, stable TiO₂ content, suitable particle size, low impurity level and consistent quality are all important factors during production.

Our rutile sand 95% can be supplied with different particle size requirements according to customer needs. Common requirements include 60 mesh passing, 80 mesh options and controlled fine powder content. Customized sizing can also be discussed based on the customer’s production process.
